9 miles in 1:10 at 7:49 min/mile pace. Lifting: lunge set 3x12, emil leg set 3x8, bent over row and 1 leg squats 3x15, pushups 6x15, tricep pushups 3x8, becnh dips and shoulder presses 3x12, tricep curl and fly 3x12, plank and ball work
